Q: Can I return items I've purchased in store?
A: We’ll happily return or exchange any unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. Sew Special Quilts considers the following items a FINAL SALE: gift cards, cut fabric, software, clearance items, and special orders.
Damaged product returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Q: What do I bring to classes?
A: Every class will have its own supply list published in the class description. Supply list can be downloaded from the specific class pages however it would be a good idea to bring along a basic sewing/quilting kit. (Seam ripper, thread snips, pins, pen and paper for notes, and any of your other favorite supplies.)

There are NO REFUNDS for class cancellations. You may receive a store credit when you cancel 72 working hours before the scheduled class if we can fill your spot.

Q: How do I sign up for classes?
You can sign up in store at the register, online, or via the phone. If signing up online click the class and fill out the appropriate information. Payment is required at the time of registration to hold your place.
Q: Why do I need to sign up for classes?
Registration is required for many reasons. We need to ensure we have enough space, supplies, staff, etc. When registering please confirm we have the correct email and phone number. On the rare occasion of needing to cancel/reschedule a class we will notify you by phone and email.
