This 2 day class will teach you to make a beautiful duffle style bag for yourself or someone else. Class 1 will be for fabric selection and an Improv Quilt As You Go option great for scraps. Class 2 will be the finishing construction of the bag. These beautiful bags can be used to hold all kinds of items. It also contains 2 outside pockets. It's great as over overnight bag for anyone of any age, especially kids and young adults. Your fabric makes the personality of the bag and a GREAT way to use up your scrap fabric. This is a great class for learning to look at patterns, colors and use of jelly rolls. You'll learn to look at design principles and work with jelly rolls for a fast quilt top. This pattern creates a large throw perfect for your decor or beds. Your chosen fabric will depict the personality of your quilt. Purchasing a jelly roll for main fabric makes it easy and ready to use. A secondary regular size jelly roll for the center is enough to make 2 quilt tops. For best results, have your center strips contrast against your chosen outside strips, so the design easily readable.
