Baby Lock Advanced Features - Solaris Vision or Solaris with Upgrade 3.KTX

We will use the new stylus pen, program and use the new multi-function foot controller, make samples of tapering stitches, and install and use the new compact digital dual feed foot. (CDDFF). In addition, we will use the projector, dual purpose stylus, and CDDFF to quilt a sample in a grid pattern.  We will also make samples of yarn couching using the CDDFF as well as the embroidery module.  And finally, we will spend the afternoon quilting with the Enhanced Border Function and our embroidery module.

Quilt Sandwich
Please prepare a quilt sandwich for edge to edge quilting as follows:
Make an 18 inch quilt center. (A single piece is best because this is for practice.)
Add borders. (Borders should be at least 3 inches unfinished.)
Layer your quilt top with batting and backing. (Make sure batting and backing extend at least 3 inches beyond the quilt top on all sides.)
Baste the quilt sandwich together using quilt spray (such as 505), pins or thread basting.
