Noodlehead Firefly Tote.SATX

This class will include tips, tricks and add-ons will be presented during the class so you can add your special touch to the pouch. It is expected enough time is provided to finished the entire tote in class, especially if you cut fabric and interfacings ahead of time.


Fabric selection and cut prior to class is encouraged, ensure you follow either Tote or Project size when cutting.
Sew Special staff would be happy to assist in selecting fabrics and obtaining supplies.

Pattern requirements are based on which size you wish to make. See back page of pattern. Sew Special quilt shop has fabrics, zippers, interfacings, cord and webbing needed for handles.

Sewing Machine, zipper foot, regular sewing supplies (neutral or fabric matching thread, scissors, fabric marker) Cutting mat and rotary cutter are not needed if cutting fabric and interfacings ahead of time.

- 1/8 By Annie craft tape
- Zipper foot

- Stich in the Ditch foot

- Medium-weight Fusible interfacing can be substituted with Soft n Stable
- 8 mm rivets are optional
- Handles can be made with leftover Soft n Stable, sew-able leather, webbing or strong cork. Many options will be presented during class
- 3/4" or 3/16" polyester filler cording for drawstring can be substituted with twill tape
- If using Zippers by the Yard, add 1" to your zipper size
